***Due to Covid 19, all orders will ship within 10 business days from the order date until further notice.***


Standard Shipping : USPS Retail Ground, 2-8 days from ship date, not order date. 


Please note: All postal carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID 19. Delivery time frames are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.



Lost/Stolen or Damaged Goods


Hoodvard University is not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged goods. 


Incorrect Address 


If a customer places an order with the incorrect address and contacts Hoodvard University before the package is shipped, the address will be updated to the newly provided address.


If the package is returned to Hoodvard University due to an incorrect address, the customer will be notified and given the option to pay a reshipping fee within 7 days to receive the item to the correct address.The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of the customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee within 7 days for a returned package, the item is the property of Hoodvard University, with no refund issued. 


Discount Codes


Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed. Customers are limited to one discount code per purchase, and cannot be combined with store credits, bundle deal discounts, or Brand Believer discount codes.


Order Cancellations


Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, please be sure to select the correct size and input the correct address.

Exchange/Return/Refund Policy

Hoodvard apparel is FINAL SALE! We do not provide monetary refunds or exchanges.

To return an item for store credit, merchandise must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, unworn,  and unwashed to be considered. The return process for the merchandise must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt, Hoodvard University will thoroughly review the merchandise for approval. Once approved, Hoodvard University will be more than happy to issue a store credit, less the shipping cost.

If you placed your order during a sale, your store credit will be the price paid for the item. When repurchasing the sale price does not apply. 

To start the return process, email Hoodvard University,, the following:


  • First and last name

  • Order number

  • Item issue you’re experiencing

Once reviewed, you will receive an email response within 24 hours inclusive of the mailing address for returns. 

We will send you a store credit code within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Please keep your return shipping tracking number until the return process is complete.
Any returns received outside of our return policy guidelines will become the property of Hoodvard University and no store credit will be issued. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: 

If there is an error with your order, we will work to resolve this issue.

To make a claim for any unworn/unused defective or damaged items contact with photo proof of damage. Please immediately inspect your items upon delivery, as claims must be filed within 3 business days. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed.

For any incorrect orders at the fault of Hoodvard University, please contact within 3 business days. Hoodvard University will issue you a return packaging label for you to ship your item back. Upon receipt of any unworn/unused incorrect item, Hoodvard University will send the item originally ordered at no additional cost. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
